Step 1
Go to STOCK CONTROL, then click on Stock Adjustments.
Click on Create Adjustment.

Step 2: Select the Warehouse and Reason of adjustment from its dropdown.

Step 3:

Option 1: Bulk Stock Adjustment

Click on Bulk Stock Adjustment.

Click on Export Template.

Open the downloaded Stock Adjustment Template.

This contains the list of all products with inventory. Make the necessary updates on the products’ Stock Qty and Stock Value columns, then save.

Click on Choose File to select the updated Stock Adjustment Template.

Click on Submit as Draft to add Stock Adjustment data from the CSV file.

Notification appears indicating the number of products added for Stock Adjustment. Click on each Batch | Bin to update its Batch Number and Bin Location as needed.

Option 2: Stock Adjustment by Product

Select the Product and enter its Stock Qty.
Stock Value is based on the latest Cost Price or average of the product from multiple Suppliers which can be updated.
Click on Add.

Click on Batch | Bin value.
Enter Batch Number and Quantity as required. Bin Location, Manufacture and Expiry Dates are optional.
Click on Add Batch.

Step 4
Click on Save / Save & Close as Draft or Save / Save & Close as Completed.

Save / Save & Close as Draft

Stock Adjustments saved as Draft can still be updated and deleted by clicking on its Edit and Delete button respectively.

Save / Save & Close as Completed

Stock Adjustments saved as Completed can only be viewed by clicking on its View button.

Sample below shows that Adjustment has been added on the Product Inventory under the designated warehouse.
