Step 1: Go to SYSTEM, then click on Import/Export.
Step 2: Go to Products Import/Export tab, then click on Download Template.
Step 3: Open the downloaded CSV file.
Step 4: Complete the Product Template. Make sure to delete the sample row.
Below are the mandatory fields:
- Category Level 1
- Product Code
- Product Name
- Product Description
- Minimum Order Qty
- Taxable (Yes/No)
- Billing Unit
- Order Unit
- Unit Price
Step 5: Save the completed Customer Account Template as a .csv file.
Step 6: Click on Choose File to select the updated Product Template.
Visible to All Customers
Click here for the steps on how to upload Product data for selected Customers.
Step 7: Click on Upload.
Notification appears once products have been uploaded.
