Step 1: Go to SYSTEM, then click on Import/Export.
Under Products Import/Export tab, you will see Export Product.

Step 2: Click on Include Disabled Products checkbox first if you need the Disabled product data as well.
Otherwise, simply click on Export Products to download the Active product data.


  • You can make any changes on the product details except for Product Code.
  • Uploading the updated CSV file will not be applied to your Visible to All Customers settings.
  • Visible to All Customers functionality applies only for new products import and not for product data update.
