Option 1: Complete the order on Edit Order page

Step 1: Go to SALES, then click on Manage Orders.

Step 2: Select the order, then click on its Edit button.

Step 3: Go to Products tab. Once done reviewing the order, click on Save as Completed or Save & Close as Completed.

Order Status has been changed to Completed.

Option 2: Complete the order via Bulk Actions

Step 1: Go to SALES, then click on Manage Orders.

Step 2: Select the orders for completion by ticking on its respective checkbox. You may complete orders in Submitted and Processing status at the same time. Click on Select Bulk Action dropdown, then select Move to Completed.

Step 3: Click on Submit.

Notification appears when order(s) have been completed.

Option 3: Complete the order on Create New Order page

On the last section when creating a new order, tick on the Submit this order with Completed status to generate invoice (fast processing for cash/retail sales) checkbox and click on Submit. This will automatically complete the order.

Notification appears when order has been completed. Click on OK to continue.
