New User Account
When creating a new User account, you may setup status as Active or Inactive by clicking on Status dropdown. Select Active to enable user or Inactive to disable user.
Existing User Account
Step 1: Go to SYSTEM, then click on Users.
Step 2: Select the Username that you need to enable or disable, then click on its Edit button.
Step 3: Scroll down to Status dropdown, then click on Active to enable user or Inactive to disable user.
Step 4: Click on Save button.
