Reminder, Customers can only update Submitted orders. Should there be any changes needed on orders in Processing status, Customers can contact Suppliers to request for any changes.
Step 1: Go to ORDERS, then click on Order History.
Step 2: Select the order, then click on its Edit button.
Step 3: Edit Order page allows you to make changes on Order, Billing, Shipping and Product details. Click on Products tab.
Step 4: Change order quantity under Order Qty column, then click on Update Order Totals & Save button once done with the changes.
