Reminder, Customers can only update Submitted orders. Should there be any changes needed on orders in Processing status, Customers can contact Suppliers to request for any changes.
Step 1: Go to ORDERS, then click on Order History.
Step 2: Select the order, then click on its Edit button.
Step 3: Edit Order page allows you to make changes on Order, Products, Billing and Shipping details.
Click on Billing Details tab to update Billing Address or Shipping Details tab to update Shipping Address.
Step 4: Click on Save once done with the changes.
