Reminder, Customers can only cancel Submitted orders. Should there be need to cancel orders in Processing status, Customers can contact Suppliers to request for the cancellation.

Step 1: Go to ORDERS, then click on Order History.

Step 2: Select the order for cancellation, then click on its Edit button.

Step 3: Under Order Details tab, go to Order Status dropdown and click on Cancelled.

Step 4: Click on Save to proceed with the order cancellation.
