Customers can only update orders while on Submitted status. Should there be any changes needed on orders on Processing status, Customers can contact Suppliers to request for any changes.

Step 1
Go to ORDERS, then click on Order History.
Select the Submitted order, then click on its Edit button.

Step 2: Click on Product Name/SKU dropdown under Products tab to select the additional product.

Step 3: Enter Order Quantity and Product Notes as needed, then click on Add to Order.

Notification appears once additional product has been saved.
