How to edit Submitted Orders

More screen gives you access to order history, supplier messages, wholesale terms, settings, app tutorial, send feedback, share the app and logout.

ORDERS

Orders screen shows all your orders: Submitted, Processing, Completed, Back Order and Cancelled.

Tap on All Orders, Submitted Orders, Processing Orders, Completed Orders, Back Orders or Cancelled Orders to access the orders.

Tap on one order to access Order Details.

Edit Submitted Orders

You can only make changes on any Submitted Order. Select the order that you need to update.

Tap on Edit.

Edit Order screen allows you to:

1. Change the Billing Address

Tap on the billing address.

Make the necessary changes on the address fields. Tap on Update Address once done.

2. Change the Shipping Address

Tap on the shipping address.

Make the necessary changes on the address fields. Tap on Update Address once done.

3. Update Order Notes

Enter your message or instructions with regard to your order.

4. Change the Name who placed the Order

Tap on the name and make the changes.

5. Change the Delivery Date

Tap on the date, then select the new delivery date.

6. Update Order Quantity

Tap on the product.

Enter the new quantity, then tap on Update.

7. Delete a Product

Tap on delete icon.

Tap on OK to continue deleting the product.

Tap on Update once done with the changes.

Notification will appear once updated. Click on OK to continue.

8. Cancel an Order

Tap on Cancel Order.

Notification will appear once order has been cancelled.
